We call
The first step is always up to you, so send us your CV. We get acquainted with each application and all candidates are informed about what is happening with their applications. If you have valuable knowledge and experience in the IT industry or you are a person with ideas, potential, and you want to work in the world of information technology, we will certainly establish a thread of understanding. However, remember to pick up the phone when a foreign number rings, because it could be us. During the first interview, we will try to determine if your career vision and our development plans can go hand in hand. We are also happy to answer your questions. We will definitely want to talk for a while in English. In Metapack, contacts with colleagues from London and Los Angeles as well as clients from all over the world await you. We want to know how comfortable you will feel then.
We meet
Next, you will meet our recruiter and the person responsible for the area for which we need support. We really want us to start calling each other by name, because we consider this way of communication as natural and optimal. We will get to know each other better, tell about the details of the position and the opportunities that await all Metapackers.
We are happy to hear about your:
- work or school experience, if you are just starting your career,
smaller or bigger successes, - experiences related to working in a team,
- strengths and challenges that await you on the way of your development,
- interests and things that make you feel positive and motivate you to act. Perhaps you will also find people who share your passions.

We get to know each other
The next stage of the recruitment process is a meeting with a team that you may join soon. We don’t recognize arranged marriages, so before we say “yes” to each other, you will meet your future colleagues. You will learn from them what their work looks like “behind the scenes”. Together, you will be able to assess to what extent you can build a well-coordinated team striving for a common goal, based on mutual respect and the opportunity to exchange experiences.
You will certainly also hear about elements of our organizational culture, including: self-organizing teams, leaders whose position is not evidenced by a position, but a good example they give to others, and communication based on openness and constant information exchange. We hope that the environment we have created will also be a comfortable workplace for you.
We gain a new Metapacker or a good friend
The last step is to work out the details of the cooperation and the day on which we will go on a lunch break for the first time.
However, if at any stage of the talks it turns out that cooperation for various reasons is not possible at the moment, you will also receive such information from us. We will be happy to share tips that will help you join us in the future. In addition to getting a new employee, we always value the opportunity to meet interesting people, because you never know where and when our paths will cross again.
