Take care of solving technical problems of our clients by:
system management of notifications forwarded by the first line of customer support,
independently or in cooperation with people from other departments solving customer requests related to the operation of our services,
creating system documentation for notifications and, on its basis, creating recommendations for work on improving the operation of our platform,
continuous monitoring of the functionality and performance of our platform and the changes introduced on it,
providing specialist support related to the operation of our services, mainly in the processes of their updating, migration and implementation,
cooperation with all departments involved in the creation and maintenance of our services,
direct contacts with customers if necessary.
We are looking for a person who:
communicates freely in English on topics related to the IT industry,
has experience in working with a business client, similar position in the IT industry as an advantage,
is easy to establish and maintain good relationships and constructive communication,
has a solid basis of knowledge about the IT industry, including: knowledge of the principles of operation of web applications, system architecture,
has, as an additional advantage, knowledge of tools for monitoring and testing IT systems,
wants to develop within the team by supporting it, but also can benefit from the support of a harmonious group of people.

The first step is always up to you, so send us your CV. We get acquainted with each application and all candidates are informed about what is happening with their applications. If you have valuable knowledge and experience in the IT industry or you are a person with ideas, potential, and you want to work in the world of information technology, we will certainly establish a thread of understanding. However, remember to pick up the phone when a foreign number rings, because it could be us. The next stage of the recruitment process is a meeting with a team that you may join soon. We don’t recognize arranged marriages, so before we say “yes” to each other, you will meet your future colleagues. You will learn from them what their work looks like “behind the scenes”. Together, you will be able to assess to what extent you can build a well-coordinated team striving for a common goal, based on mutual respect and the opportunity to exchange experiences.
